How it works

01Hosted imagesLogos come from logos/, icons from icons/, and photos from employees/<name>/, where the folder is the name you enter in Photo folder (by default the first name in lowercase).

02Adding a colleagueCreate employees/first/ with their photos named photo-first-mono.jpg, photo-first-ring.jpg and photo-first-mono-dark.jpg, then type their details above.

03Copy and pastePress Copy signature, then paste into Gmail (Settings, See all settings, Signature) or Outlook (Settings, Mail, Signatures). Edits stay saved in this browser.
